Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

At Oxigen8 we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Oxigen8 (“Oxigen8”, “we”). You can contact us about any privacy matter at info@oxigen8.com.

2. What data we collect

We only process the data you choose to give us and the minimum technical data needed to run the website:

  • Contact and demo request form: name, organisation, role, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and the message you write.
  • Emails you send us: your email address and any information included in the message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and date and time of access, which our hosting providers record in their server logs for security and operational purposes.

3. Why we process your data

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your demo request or enquiry and get in touch with you.
  • Send you information about Oxigen8 related to your request.
  • Keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles based on your data, and we never sell it.

4. Legal basis

We process the data from the form and from your emails on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box or by writing to us, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for as long as it lasts. If it does not, we delete it no later than two years after our last contact. After that, data may be kept blocked only for the periods required by law.

6. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run this website we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only for these purposes:

  • Web3Forms, which processes the contact form and forwards it to us by email.
  • Our web hosting and email providers.
  • Amazon Web Services, which stores some of the videos shown on the website.
  • Google Fonts: to display the website’s typography, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as a European Commission adequacy decision (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@oxigen8.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. All communication with this website is encrypted (HTTPS).

10. Cookies

This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes. If we add any in the future, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this policy.

11. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish any changes on this page together with the date of the last update.
